Directions to the Darien YMCA
2420 Post Road, Darien, CT

From I-95 heading North
Exit 9 - At the end of the ramp turn left. At the first light, turn right onto the Post Road (Route 1) and drive about 1 mile. The Darien YMCA is on the right hand side. Look for a large white rock and the Darien YMCA sign.

From I-95 heading South
Exit 11 - Turn left off the exit onto the Post Road (Route 1) and drive about 2 miles. The Darien YMCA is on the left hand side of the road. Look for a large white rock and the Darien YMCA sign.

From the Merritt Parkway North or South
Exit 27 - Turn right (south) off the exit onto Route 124 (Mansfield Avenue) going towards Darien, drive until you reach a T-intersection in the town of Darien. Turn right onto the Post Road (Route 1), travel through Darien about 3 miles. The Darien YMCA is on the left hand side of the road. Look for a large white rock and the Darien YMCA sign.

From I-95 North and South
Exit 13 - At the end of the ramp (at stop sign), take a left onto the Post Road (Route 1). Drive just under a mile. Turn left onto Sedgwick and follow it for 1 block to a circle in the road at Old Kings Highway. Enter the Goodwives Shopping Center and drive leftwards through the parking lot to the far left side of the building. You will see a YMCA sign above the entrance.
