Tai-Chi

Tai Chi fosters a calm and tranquil mind, and creates better balance, alignment, and rhythm of movement. It also aids in the correction of poor posture and improving diseases such as hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis, cardiovascular disease and many others.

Light n’ Easy
This class develops strength, balance, coordination and flexibility.  Light n’ Easy includes exercises for toning and strengthening the entire body. Participants will use dumbbells, ankle weights and Dyna Bands. Designed for active older adults, this class will make you feel energized throughout the day.
