The Balanced Body

The Balanced Body is a customized fitness program, designed to help restore the body to an optimal level of health and fitness. Participants will work one on one with a Myokinesthetic Therapist, Ravi Kaufman, and Restorative Fitness Specialist to target and correct specific postural imbalances. By keeping the body in balance, we will help reduce limitations, eliminate pain, and restore the body to an overall level of wellness.

What is the Myokinesthetic System (MYK)?

Myo = Muscle Kinesthetic = Movement
This muscle movement technique connects and balances the nervous system by improving muscular imbalances in the posture. When the nervous system is balanced it can function to its fullest potential, with increased range of motion and decreased pain.

Who is it for?

Whether living with chronic aches and pains, returning to fitness after an acute injury, or battling limitations brought on by a specific condition, The Balanced Body program can get you back on track to fitness success!
