The Balanced Body is a customized fitness program, designed to help restore the body to an optimal level of health and fitness. Participants will work one on one with a Myokinesthetic Therapist, Ravi Kaufman, and Restorative Fitness Specialist to target and correct specific postural imbalances. By keeping the body in balance, we will help reduce limitations, eliminate pain, and restore the body to an overall level of wellness.
What is the Myokinesthetic System (MYK)?
Myo = Muscle Kinesthetic = Movement
This muscle movement technique connects and balances the nervous system by improving muscular imbalances in the posture. When the nervous system is balanced it can function to its fullest potential, with increased range of motion and decreased pain.

Restorative Fitness Plans
All plans consist of a combination of MYK treatments and restorative exercise sessions that are individually designed to meet the specific needs of each participant.
Kick Start: Includes 8 sessions. 4 sessions/week for 2 weeks
Leveling Out: Includes 16 sessions. Recommended for 4-6 weeks at 4 sessions/week to start, followed by 2-4 weeks maintenance.
The Equilibrium: Includes 24 sessions. Recommended for 6-8 weeks at 4 sessions/week to start, followed by 4-6 weeks maintenance.
Ravi Kaufman has worked in the wellness industry for over 16 years. He began his career as a Certified Personal Trainer and was driven into physical therapy by his passion for helping individuals overcome their limitations. As a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Ravi encountered an innovative and successful technique called the MyoKinisthetic System (MYK). Since becoming certified in MYK, Ravi has been better able to help individuals reduce limitations, eliminate pain, and restore their bodies to an optimal level of health and fitness.
