All participants must register at the front desk or online in order to participate in programs. Many classes have maximums and we want to make sure we have the correct ratios.

“Friday Nights” • Ages 13+  View Class Times & Fees 
This program is a great night out for socializing with other teenagers. The program offers fitness, aquatics and light bites within a safe and comfortable setting and is centered on maintaining self-sufficiency. Participants function independently with peer group mentoring.

Sibs Speak   View Class Times & Fees 
This program is designed for siblings of children with challenges. Children will enjoy games and a lite snack while engaging in conversation surrounding life with a sibling that has special needs. Children will meet others who may be in circumstances similar to their own. *12:00-12:30 pm there will be additional support for parents to discuss and share topics related to the group! Unified Art • Ages 6-11 years  View Class Times & Fees 
For those children with an interest in the arts, Unified Art provides a collaborative opportunity in the visual arts. Children with special needs will be paired with a partner and given the opportunity to develop artistically and socially. The Visual Mixing Bowl • Ages 10 – teen  View Class Times & Fees 
With the use of technology, cooking lessons will be demonstrated step by step as each participant and volunteer buddy follows at their own preparation station. Of course, the class will then dine together! The participants will learn to pre-plan for each recipe, engage in large and fine motor skill activities, identify and use a variety of measuring tools and enjoy their accomplishments! For ages 10 – teens.
Music Connections • Ages 4-7 years  View Class Times & Fees 
Children will enjoy playing instruments, singing and dancing while creativity, attention and social interaction are promoted. Music therapy enhances development in the areas of social and motor skills, academic/cognitive abilities, and communication. 

Just Us Girls • Ages 8-12 years  View Class Times & Fees
Just Us Girls is a great chance for any girl age 8 to 12 to enjoy anything from manicures to athletics, from art to movie night. We can do it all! Come to the Y on Thursday evenings and join us in all the fun!

Power of Play Sensory Edition! • Ages Preschool  View Class Times & Fees 
This program is an enriched play-based experience geared towards ANY child who would benefit from practicing their fine and gross motor skills. This program is run by therapists from Sensory Kids who will provide a fun and exciting environment to address handwriting skills, sensory play, age appropriate gross/fine skill practice (posture, balance), strengthening coordination and bilateral skills, classroom skills (pencil grip, cutting, attention and focus).
