FunBusters is a recreational program that promotes independence and life skills learning for adults with special challenges. The focus is on learning important life skills to support an active and independent lifestyle. The program meets at The Depot and is offered three times a week with a different focus on each day.
January – June
Tuesday 3:45 – 5:45 pm, Life Skills: The focus is on setting individual and group goals in a relaxed atmosphere. Goals are reinforced and revisited throughout the program.
September – June
Monday 6:30 – 8:30 pm, Social Group: The group enjoys guided activities and monthly outings.
Saturday, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, Relaxation, and Respite: A relaxing morning at The Depot for the participant and respite for the caregiver.
