Take our Mindful March Challenge and Earn a FREE Massage!
For the month of March, we will be holding an ongoing Yoga, Meditation and Pilates incentive to win a FREE massage or a Private Pilates Apparatus Training Session. We hope to inspire you to focus on you, your body and your mind!
What’s the challenge? You must complete one of the following tasks below to win!
1. Attend 16 of our mindful classes in the month of March You’ll receive a FREE 30-minute massage (or ½ off a full hour massage), or a Private Pilates Apparatus Training session. Mindful classes include: Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Tai Chi offerings on our group fitness schedule
2. Attend 1 of our mindful workshops You’ll receive a 30-minute FREE massage or a Private Pilates Apparatus Training session.

– March 11th – Mini and Me Yoga 4-5pm Studio 2
– March 17th – Love the One You’re with Workshop 9 am – 1:30 pm
– March 23rd – Graceful Transitions Workshop 9 am – 2 pm
Bonus **Complete both 1 AND 2** You’ll receive a full hour massage or a Private
Pilates Apparatus Training session. (Massage sessions can be scheduled after the challenge ends.)
How does it work?
1. First, you must sign up for the FREE challenge and pick up a #MindfulMarch card at the wellness desk.
2. At the start of March, take your card to any of our Yoga, Pilates, meditation and Tai Chi classes offered on our Group Fitness Schedule. Or attend 1 of our 3 mindful workshops. At the end of the class or workshop, get the signature approval from the instructor to prove that you took some time for yourself!
3. At the end of March, hand in your card to the wellness center to schedule your FREE massage or Pilates Apparatus Training Session!
