Join a group of 6, led by Health Coach, Amy Kiser, for an individualized and effective weight loss program. *Includes a private meeting with the Health and Fitness Director, Jess Van Sciver, to map out a custom workout plan for the 3 weeks.
Amy and Jess will be with you 100% of the way, holding you accountable to help you stay on track! In addition to weekly one-hour small group meetings,
