TEAM ATHLETIC TRAINING

The Darien Y is pleased to announce an exclusive Sports Team Strength and Conditioning program to prepare you and your team for your upcoming season. Develop explosive power, speed, and overall strength with these bi-weekly workouts held in the Y’s state of the art Training Center. All training will be conducted by coach Jermaine Morgan.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE & CONDITIONING

Designed for middle-school and high-school athletes, this series is designed to improve the following fundamental components of sports training:

AGILITY * BALANCE * EXPLOSIVENESS * CORE STRENGTH * CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE

MENTAL TOUGHNESS * OVERALL ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

Who: Student athletes ages 12+

When: 2 classes/week – Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:00 – 4:00 PM

Fee: Session 1 March 13 – April 29 (No class April 10-16, April 14 and 16)
Members $340
Non-members $440
Fee: Session 2 April 30 – June 18 (No class May 29)
Members $400 per session
Non-members $500 per session
