Stand Up Paddle Boarding – September Schedule

Our Stand Up Paddle boarding (SUP) Program on tranquil Holly Pond has officially started. Classes offered include PaddleFit Intro, an introductory course to paddle boarding; SUP Yoga, SUP Pilates, and SUP Fitness. Paddle boarding classes are currently limited to participants 15 years and older, with a parent or guardian’s signature. Click here for information regarding our SUP Youth Classes.
