The YMCA is offering the perfect class for all skiers: an out of your ski boots training series focused on prepping the body for hitting the slopes!
This pre-season conditioning workshop led by certified Pilates Apparatus Instructor, Karyn Hall is specifically designed for skiers to develop and improve balance, mobility and flexibility. Skiing makes demands on the body that are best met with exercises off the slopes to support performance and avoid injury. Pilates reformer promotes core strength, flexibility and muscle stability that are essential to performing your absolute best on the mountain.

Cost: Members/ $140 Non-members/ $180
This workshop will be held as a small group setting, to provide personal attention and accommodations for individual needs. Classes will be limited to 5 people.
