About Amy Kiser, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP)
and Health Coach    

Amy’s challenges with autoimmune diseases and IBS caused her to seek out natural therapies when allopathic doctors were not as helpful as she’d hoped. Her success with nutritional and holistic therapies inspired her to help others. As a result, Amy earned a certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) from the Nutritional Therapy Association. This functional nutrition program provides a holistic, evidence-based, comprehensive, and personalized approach to health and healing.

In her capacity as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Amy uses several diagnostic tools to identify an individual’s nutritional deficiencies. She understands how those deficiencies can cause health issues and works with clients to adopt nutritional recommendations that support improvement.

Amy also has experience as a Health Coach, helping individuals achieve goals including weight loss and improved fitness, stress reduction, and increased energy.  She works with clients to develop strategies that accommodate their routine so they can sustain their goals long term.

Amy is a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA), and the Weston A. Price Foundation.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA in Marketing.

Health Coaching

Health Coaching packages are $300 for members, $340 for non-members for 3 sessions (1 1-hour and 2 50-minute) plus an InBody body fat and muscle composition assessment at first and last sessions.
50 – minute single sessions are available for $100 for members and $110 for non-member but do not include InBody assessment.

A health coach will generate a unique plan based on your body, lifestyle, stress level, and your individual goals. Specifically, our health coaches can help you:

  • Understand and reduce cravings
  • Lose weight

  • Feel better in your body
  • Improve personal relationships

Health Coaching vs. Nutritional Therapy: What to choose?

Choose a health coaching package if you want to lose weight for the long term, feel better in your body, reduce stress and increase energy.  However, if you’re bothered by chronic health concern(s) and want to work on resolving them using nutritional approaches, purchase a nutritional therapy package.

Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy is a functional approach to health – meaning that it identifies and supports the root causes of chronic health concerns and diseases, not just the associated symptoms.  The result is improved health overall that can be sustainable using the nutrition recommendations that are provided.  Nutrition recommendations are primarily through diet but depending on health concerns, might also involve recommendations for high quality, all-natural supplements.  This process involves a deep dive into a client’s health history and nutrition status using diagnostic tools on paper and through simple in-person tests.

Some of the health concerns it addresses:

  • Gastrointestinal issues including IBS, SIBO, and dysbiosis
  • Suspected food sensitivities
  • Autoimmune diseases (Celiac Disease, Hashimoto’s, Rheumatoid arthritis)
  • Hormonal issues (PMS, menopause)
  • Adrenal and thyroid issues
  • Type I and Type II Diabetes
  • Learning disabilities (ADHD) and mental health issues (anxiety and depression)

Clients should understand that although there will be some short-term improvements, several months are usually required to achieve improved health for chronic conditions.  The process involves dietary and lifestyle changes that can be challenging at first but can sustain health goals long term if adhered to.  Your nutritional therapist will work with you on an ongoing basis to incorporate nutrition strategies that work with your routine.

Click here for details about Nutritional Therapy sessions. We offer 15-minute complimentary consult to review your health concerns. The Nutritional Therapy Program is a 3-month package involving 4 in-depth sessions. Individual sessions are available after the 3-month package is complete.

Couples Health Coaching Package

We offer joint Health Coaching sessions with 2 participants together simultaneously, either with 2 friends or with a spouse.  Three sessions (one 1-hour and two 50-minute) per two participants, plus an InBody body fat and muscle composition assessment at first and last sessions.

Member rate:  $450 per couple

Non-Member rate:  $525 per couple

Couples Health Coaching Single Sessions

50-minute single session per 2 participants, either with 2 friends or a spouse.  Does not include InBody assessment.

Member rate:  $150 per person

Non-Member rate:  $175 per person

Give Your Kids Meals a Makeover
Looking for more healthy meal ideas that your kids will enjoy?  We’re offering “Healthy Kids Meals” sessions with our nutritionist, Amy Webster Kiser. The 2 private sessions will provide you with customized healthy and delicious meals and recipes that can fit into your routine. As the mom of 2 picky eaters (one with a severe food allergy as well), Amy has firsthand experience with how to provide healthy choices that her kids enjoy. “Healthy Kids Meals” is $200 for Y members, $220 for non-members.  The sessions can be scheduled at your convenience.
